Wow. Called at 7:30 on a Saturday morning because we had no water and we had a new well pump installed a little over two hours later. Jon to the rescue! Kind, knowledgeable, efficient and affordable. I will never call anyone else for my well!

Honestly, the customer service you receive is impeccable. I originally hired another company that had great reviews that ended up trying to tell me I needed to spend $8,000 for a whole new system for a simple inquiry on 1 pipe. Mind you, I replaced my pump with the same company 2 years ago. Definitely needed a second opinion, so I stumbled upon Jon's Well & Pump Services, Inc., and you will not regret it. Not only is he knowledgeable but he is honest. He ended up telling me my pump was completely fine, and that there was no need for any replacement. Additionally, my water randomly went out tonight, so I called and I offered to pay an emergency fee so he could come out and fix it. He walked me through procedures through the phone and guess what? It was fixed! He did not charge me even after I tried asking for an e-mail to send him a gift card for his troubles! I recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and knowledgeable service.

Great same day service. Jon and Steve are very easy to work with. Answered all my questions in a way that I could understand. Looked like the pump wasnt going to prime and I was worried but Jon assured me that it sometimes it just takes a little longer and sure enough soon there was a stream of water. He adjusted the pressure switch on the new pump and I now have twice the water pressure in the house. Highly recommend this company. Service: Pump installation
