I scheduled an appointment for 7:30am on 2/13 for a blood draw. When I got there, the waiting room was full. I sat until 7:55am before I was even called back. The nurse who took my blood said they operate on a first come first serve basis even if someone has an appointment. What's the point of your appointment scheduling system if this is the case? Quest is faster than that and they honor appointment times!
Big mistake going here this morning. Honoring appointments is the right thing to do since people are trying to make it to work on time.

Each appt took at least 2-3 additional tries at images needed to compare. I only went there under my surgeon's request. The first visit I encountered a very unfriendly tech. I had surgery on the right breast, still tender, which she claimed she didn't know. I tried to humor her by saying "I have an A cup & a B cup now". I asked never to have her again. Since then I feel the service is substandard.

The front desk spanish looking lady was so rude the moment she opens her mouth. I informed her I had an appointment for xyz time, she just look at me and say "where's your paperwork" Okay? Hello, let me check your appointment for you would suffice. But whatever. Gave her the paperwork she "kindly" ask for, then told me to go home because insurance hasn't had enough time to cover for the scan today. SO WHY DID YOU GUYS SENT ME THE PRELIMINARY QUESTIONS THE NIGHT PRIOR MY APPOINTMENT TO ANSWER??? You couldn't tell me that before I have to drive 40 mins to get here??????
She didn't even know what she was doing, she had to keep asking the lady next to her about everything, you can't read simple things off the computer screen to tell me? WHO HIRE THIS IDIOTIOTIC LADY?????? To be in the front handling people's appointments, as if front desk job is so hard. That simple task she can't even handle let alone answer any of the questions I had for her. All her answers were "I don't know I'm just letting you know". Why are you working here if you don't know anything. Whoever hire her, should've put her in the back to clean toilets. Because that lady is brainless.
