        I'm not really sure what kind of insurance adjusters these are. Apparently they are just there to verify? And to not give you what you need to collect on the claim.

        I'm giving it one star because 0 is not an option. Worst experience ever. Worst part I wasn't even to blame for the accident. It has taken over two months for my claim to be resolved, and its still ongoing. No one bothers to update you and when you call your calls and voicemails are ignored. The Claim adjuster assigned to me on two separate ocassions has promised to get back to me with details and when I call back (because he never did) his voicemail says he's on vacation. Horrible, just all arround horrible experience.
