        We met with Annette Irizarry first. She is the picture of loveliness. A great smile. A good heart and she knew her stuff. Perfect front office employee. Next, we met with Marc Butler, Benefit Consultant. He was kind, patient, informed and explained our options until we could make a decision. We were shopping for a Medicare Advantage Plan. We selected Humana PPO due to the alignment with insurance and medical needs. I will return as often as needed. As far as I am concerned, Butler Insurance is my new Insurance Go-to service organization. A great big thank you to them.
