I am an Uber Eats driver, and recently I just made a delivery of this taco bell, and to my surprise I had the worst service compared to other restaurants I have been to, but the bad experience was not just for me but also for my client, because they did not give me a drink that she had ordered, and we only realized how much my client opened the bag and the drink was not there, I return to the restaurant and tell them that they did not give me the one sold by my client This boy took the glasses, served them, gave them to me and that was it, without any excuses, nothing! Not to mention that when I arrived they didn't pay attention to me, they didn't ask anything, and they took a while preparing the order that was small . I hope they give the staff a good preparation on how to treat the customers who visit this place, at least I will never eat from this restaurant.

Terrible service, Id give them a 0 rating. Waiting way too long! Been here for 20 minutes!!!

I order my food delivery and they messed up my order. I drove back in line for them to tell me I need to come inside. I waited 20 minutes. They still messed up my order. Waited another seven minutes for the rest the food. Everyone in there was waiting a long time because their order was messed up.

Worst Taco Bell experience EVER! The lady working the drive-thru needs to be @$#&ing fired immediately. Argumentative. Combative. Just a plain old ugly attitude that has nooo place doing this job. Aside the guff, no hot sauce, no napkins, and one crushed up empanada. We've been coming to this Taco Bell since they opened in the early '90s and I will never return. Ever.
I know, you can't really blame a place for one bad experience but I'm going to make an exception for this one because somebody let's this troll work here. No quiero Taco Bell.
Major corporate oversight needed!!!

I waited in the drive thru line for an hour just to get to the window to order and was told to hold on.They need to get better staff to operate this location. And there is a curb along the drive thru that my low car would get damaged trying to get over so I couldnt even leave half way through waiting.
