Good food, but EXTREMELY slow service. The line is always wrapped around the building. Be prepared to spend at least 20 to 25 minutes waiting in the drive-thru.
Also, the layout of the drive-thru is horrendous. The microphone where you order is way too far up. You have to pull so far up that your car blocks the second outer lane from being able to pull forward where both lanes meet. Terribly designed.

I've been craving for checkers forever but didn't want to take the drive to Sanford. Reviews were right on the drive thru issue, very tight and poorly calculated i would say. The speaker box definitely is to forward and should have been placed further away from the curve. Not sure on why it took me 46 minutes to go though the drive thru from the moment I turned in to the moment I got my order and for the quality and price? I had 2 chicken and fries boxes in combo and 3 small shakes...$36.13
I would definitely prefer to go to a Chili's.
Never again...not worth it!

This is my 2nd time coming. And both times were horrible. The first time I came they literally had nothing. I asked the lady what they had for kids and I kid you not her response was and I quote "nothing but fries" this is at 9pm. If you close at 3am what are you gonna do for the next 6 hours with no food?
Today me and my mom just left and we asked for condiments on our sandwich and left with none at all. The French fries were mixed old and fresh. It was a disaster.

Prices were kinda hi for fast food. Only 2 orders and both were wrong. 1st week of opening. They fixed hubby's order. I kept mine the way it was.

Didnt have banana milkshake, food was cold, forgot to put ketchup and BBQ sauce for chicken bites even though I asked for it. Bag was full of the cheese sauce from the fries. The person on the speaker was rushing me to order.
