        Such a lovely studio! The Candlelight Sound Bath & Stretch class is simply wonderful - so relaxing and rejuvenating. Martha the instructor carries an amazing light and energy within her. Her classes are so enlightening. Its a must try. Love it here!

        This was a fabulous class. The combination of mindfulness and movement was a joy. The instruction was attentive and truly moved me to a better understanding of how I address my body. I hope to carry the lessons into my day to help ground me. Thank you for a wonderful first experience at your beautiful studio.
