        The mall is lovely and very busy. There are a lot of stores and restaurants. Loft is a beautiful store, the nicest and most extensively merchandised Ive seen. I personally had a return. The staff person was not very interactive. She did her job, she was efficient but my efforts to engage her in conversation fell flat. And she did not offer to match the online sale when I asked about it, she also made no effort to remind me of my 25.00 credit I could have used. That really annoyed me after I got home and saw the reminder email. A little more personality would have been appreciated.

        What a nightmare of a store. No assistance. Staff is clueless about their own merchandise. Was not even greated when I walked in. Unfriendly Staff. Spend quite a bit of money. There was no thank you or hope to see you soon again.
