Trying to support locals and this has been the biggest mistake.....no customer service what so ever.....keep being told the tiles would be delivered today.....since last Friday, and just got it today!!!!! No communications......if we did not call they would not let us know what was going on......and then told they will be there in 30 minutes only to wait 2 1/2 hours for delivery....and never mind that the project got delayed for 10 days .....would not recommend or ever use again!

I went to several places for tiles and laminate flooring. I received the best service from Julio at Palm Beach Flooring. He was patient. Understood our needs. Made excellent suggestions and had a large variety of samples in his store . I recommend this place highly if you want quality and great service .

We love our new hardwood floors! Palm Beach Floors made our 23 year old home look like new. The flooring material, the install and new baseboards look amazing. We get compliments everyday.
