I was given an appointment with Dr Strum for 10 am. When making the appt I was directed to fill out forms on the website, which I did. I was never given the address. However, I located it on the website. I live 45 mins away. I'm not familiar with the medical complex. When I arrived at 13590 Jog Rd there were many Dr offices. As a result of walking in and out of numerous offices asking for help I was admittedly late. I explained my tale of wandering aimlessly through the center. I agreed to wait as long as it took to see Dr Strum. They refused to have any sympathy and help me out. FYI-In the future new patients should be given the address with suite no. It would also be helpful to know the office is at the far south end of the 13590 complex. The lack of empathy and sympathy from the staff was very disconcerting. There is no shortage of Podiatrists in Palm Beach County. I didn't need to drive 45 mins. BTW my internist referred me to this dr. I will let them know. FYI-I also tried calling the office from outside the complex to get directions. No cell service!
