I have used Plumbing Experts regularly for many years for both my residential personal needs and those of businesses, specifically restaurants, that I've been responsible for maintaining. Their professionalism and prompt service are only a few examples of their great customer service- a quality many businesses are currently lacking. Oh, and they answer the phone!

Two men came. Seemed one was the plumber (decent English) and the other his assistant (quiet, not much English). I had two toilets in need of repair. One was unrepairable and was replaced. The plumber also replaced the water line into the wall (possibly a good 30 years old, an original). The other toilet (new in 2018) got a new part (half the value of the toilet). Both working fine. I have used this company before and saved coupons that dont expire in the mail. The coupon reduced my cost by about $100.

Called Plumbing Experts for an object stuck in toilet. The technician can over and said no way to get it out, he just wanted to sell me new toilet for over thousand dollars. I sent them on their way after paying $98 service call fee for nothing. So got someone else to pull the toilet pop the object out and reinstall the toilet.... entire job was less than an hour. Not happy with Plumbing Experts and I would not recommend them.
