Guido's Brick Oven Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant

Just ordered delivered and called them first to give them constructive criticism about our first time order before I leave a review. So they put me on hold for the owner and he never picks up. Also tipped my delivery driver over 25%. I guess I really should of followed the reviews but I wanted to give them a chance. # 1 Ordered brick oven pizza asked for (burnt around the edges) and I get regular pizza. Also ordered garlic rolls and they were not cooked and weighed as much as a golf ball with dough. I hope the owner will contact us when he is not to busy so we can remove this review but as of now he is to busy to care about sending out bad food to new customers.

Order a cheese pizza and it was missing cheese on a few slices. Also order a VEGGIE pizza ...... there was pepperoni on it, a lot of pepperoni. It looks like they just threw stuff on, stuff that I asked Not to be on the pizza due to allergies. When I called I spoke to 2 people and neither cared about anything I said and didn't really try to fix the situation. Also took 1hr 30min to receive pizza. Terrible customer service and Terrible Pizza. Do Not Order From There.

Food is great. Pizza is the best I've had outside NY. The portions are Ample, The chicken parmigiana covers the entire plate....Highly Recommend...!!
