Was recommended here from a friend and they did not let me or my doodle down. Extremely friendly and treated my dog as if it was their own. Highly recommend

My mom has been cutting my hair since we moved to the area in December, and Im not gonna lie, it was to the point I was embarrassed to go outside, like mortified at the dog park, it was getting to the point the other dogs were making fun of me. My mom was worried to take me to a new groomer because I have been known to misbehave (yes, teeth were involved) and it just ends up being crazy stressful for both of us. From the moment we walked through the door every human we met at Puppy Palms was amazing (the dogs too), they were so kind and professional, Claudia sat patiently to listened to my moms concerns, and didnt make fun of me or make me feel ashamed for what a disaster I was. I was a little nervous but I let her take me to the back but boy am I glad I did! She took such great care of me, and now Im so clean and fluffy and smell so good, I even let her cut my nails, and she gave me a jaunty little scarf for around my neck. I cant thank Claudia and Ezgi enough, they are incredible women who made us feel so welcome and took really good care of me, I felt safe in their bright beautiful clean facility and there was lots of room to run around and play while I waited. Mom says were going back in a few weeks and I cant wait!

Beautiful new grooming salon in East Delray! Ive brought my golden retriever Fred in three times for grooming and or brush-out/bath. The owner, Izgi and groomer, Claudia are super sweet. Prices are great! Fred looks so handsome and clean when he comes home!

Best pet grooming place in East Boca and East Delray. So professional and so kind. They truly live dogs and are very talented. My pet was so happy there. He looks awesome and so clean. Best hair cut ever. So happy they are open in our neighborhood.

Wonderful service! Ive tried a few dog grooming services in Delray Beach and this is the best! Groomer was completely thorough and our miniature poodle came out fluffy, clean, beautiful and calm. Very pleasant, welcoming staff and large, comfortable space. Highly recommended.
