This company started off great! Two brothers/owners, very helpful and knowledgeable. Then they hired outside people to help them in doing the job they used to do. Not sure if they just got so busy that they have failed to see the inadequacies of the employees theyve hired but it seems like the people that are doing the job they used to do are simply not equipped. In a nutshell, beware of growing companies that lose their personal touch with their loyal customers. They go on vacation while having you on the schedule. They call in sick on a Monday after rescheduling you 3 prior times. They do an overall poor job of communicating, scheduling, and following through. After rescheduling me three times going on the fourth, all at the very last minute without notice, I decided to replace them with another company. I felt I had been more than patient so when asked if I wanted to reschedule, I simply told them to go ahead and cancel any future appointments and delete my credit card that I would no longer be needing their services, and instead the receptionist tells me that she is freezing the account in case I decide to come back. Its clear this receptionist has a problem understanding the information being given to her. Freeze the account all you want, youve already been replaced. Peace! These guys are great. I had a service before that could not stop ants in the house, and TWO services for mosquitoes. Barker Brothers stopped the ant issue on a sustained basis, and mosquitoes have been either nonexistent or minimal during season when they are unstoppable. Thanks!
