I had a wonderful experience! Shaun came in and calmly reassured me. He handled everything in an efficient and professional manner. He was always available for questions, and even encouraged them. Each visit was consistent and on time. They are reasonably priced and made sure i was critter free. The house was critter proofed and is guaranteed for a year. Shaun took a tough, stressful situation and turned it around. Now i have confidence knowing everything was taken care of and i am safe in the critter world, and will continue to be, having found the critter guys. I highly recommend them.
