One Star and they don't deserve that star.....Never experienced such frustration trying to get any department to answer or return my calls. We have 5 printers. It isn't Xerox at fault. Now phone number is not available. Are they still in business?

They are the worst company I have dealt with in over 40 years owning my own business. Stay away, there are plenty of good companies suppling the same service and equipment.

Worst Service Ever!!!!!. In all of my 20+ years of working with printers, sales, vendors in general, Saxon is the worse and its mot even close. They do not have enough techs and the ones they do have don't really know what they are doing. They don't back up their product, that is terrible to. Xerox used to be a good printer, not anymore. They will sell you on a lie that they will service within a certain time and supplies with auto ship. Do buy into it, it's all lies!!! Do not sign a contract with them. Use my experience with them to stay away from them.

Horrible! The worse customer service, they do not fix the machines, do not care about their customers. I asked to speak to a manager and the response was "its almost 5pm and they can't speak to you now because we are closing" what? I can't believe a manager wouldn't take a phone call from a unhappy customer because its 4:55pm. Unacceptable.
