First time home buyer. Great rates but poor communication. They sound like they are great for refinancing but when it comes to first time home buyers, Id go with local mortgage bankers that are available 24/7 to answer your questions when it comes to crunch time.

Working with LenderFi was as seamless as it gets. Having gone through the mortgage/refi process several times now, it is never fun, but LenderFi's team made the process a great experience. It is clear the team works together and communicates well. No matter what stage I was in the process, each team member had all of the proper documentation prepared, which let me advance to the next step quickly. Many competitor companies drag out the process and it takes forever, but I have to say I was truly pleased with the customer experience and how quickly my emails/phone calls were answered. I'm not sure there is a more efficient team out there.
