We had the good fortune of working with Pam Orzan this past summer. From our first phone call with her (8/17/2021) through the closing of our mothers home (9/30/2021), Pam was the epitome of professionalism with a close eye to detail so nothing could fall through the cracks. She is responsive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. While we live in Connecticut, our mothers property was in Boynton Beach and Pam assured us she could handle our long distance logistics without the need to travel to Florida. This included making the property available for contractors as well as being our eyes and ears during the inspections and the final walk through before closing. All this plus some very sound advice as we were new to the Florida real estate market. In conclusion, Pam was an outstanding realtor with superb communication.
