Once they get full payment and job is complete forget about calling them. I called and left detailed message and no call back. My screen was not doing its job because critters were getting in. I agree with the other review about Ken. He is very rude and lack customer service skills.

We continue getting tree frogs on our patio after coastal installed our screen over a year ago. My neighbors who have the same tree frogs let me know they do not have this problem. There is an opening somewhere, so I called and spoke to the manager of coastal whose name is Ken. I explained to Ken what the problem is and he said "what do you want us to do about it". He then went on a rant about screens can't keep everything out. Now we do not expect the screen to keep everything out but I also do not expect to see 3 to 4 tree frogs the size of half of my hand to get in weekly. He was very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. We paid over 30k for this job and we expect to get what we paid for.
