        KP irrigation man is Keith Pryor. He installed sprinkler system at my house and 2 weeks later it stopped working. He made 3 appointments to repair his work and no-showed every time. Final appointment yesterday was for 8AM. When I called him at 10, he said he would be over in couple of hours and never showed.

        Do not use Keith Pryor of KP Irrigation Man LLC! I immediately told him I may have a water leak somewhere, but he focused on replacing the timer. Two days later three heads continued to leak and stopped popping up. I immediately contacted him and sent him a video. He jerked me around 3 times saying he would come out and never did. He told Angi's List that he wasn't responsible for the heads. What? I paid him to get my irrigation system working properly. What good is replacing the timer if the sprinklers won't come on after two days! He refused to participate in arbitration so Angi/Home Advisor are removing him. Be forewarned. I paid Keith Pryor of KP Irrigation Man LLC $300 for a sprinkler system that does not work.

        Keith is a professional. He stopped by a few days beforehand to meet with us and find out our needs. Then, he showed up on time, was very polite and installed an automatic sprinkler irrigation system for our yard. He set the timer, taught us how to operate it, then showed us how to download and work the app on both an android and iPhone. We recommend him highly!
