I called this company prior to going to their location. They told me they were open until 5. I went around 1pm. They asked me to come back around 2:30pm as the owner/designer wasnt there. I came back at 2:30 and discussed the project in detail. Was told I would have a quote by Tuesday or Wednesday. After an entire week I sent a follow up text to let them know I never received any information. Never heard anything. Its super important to me that people follow through. I only have so many days off to devote to my project and its very disheartening when people waste my time.

Our renovations to our two bathrooms went really well. Jenny was very helpful and patient with our questions. We are so grateful for all her suggestions and for showing us her floor samples. We highly recommend Ameritec Kitchen & Bath. Also, the installation on the new cabinets and countertops went in without any issues. Thanks Jenny.

We got very lucky to find Jenny  as we had a tiny 19070's ugliest kitchen anywhere. we were unsure exactly what we wanted, but we wanted a totally modern kitchen . She immediately did a graphic design and we were won over With the design. She managed the project from the inception to the inspection. A True design genius!

The first kitchen I bought from Jenny in 2018, there were no problems and the experience was good. The second kitchen I bought from her in 2022 was a big problem. I am so happy I PAID the 5% (normal fee is 0%-3.5%) credit card fee she charged me to purchase the kitchen as I was able to recoup some of the additional money I had to pay-out to replace the cabinet she supplied. In a nutshell, Jenny ordered the wrong size for the kitchen corner cabinet (different model number from the contracted cabinet). I noted the discrepancy and contacted Jenny the moment the cabinets were delivered. Over the next month she refused to supply the correct cabinet and refused to refund the money I paid for the" correct sized cabinet". I was forced to locate and purchase the correct sized cabinet myself, which was very difficult. Since the corner cabinet is the first cabinet to be installed it set my kitchen installation back 6 weeks, my tile installation back 8 weeks, etc. I am not here to ruin Jenny's business. She is hard working and as I stated before, one out of two experiences were good. I am thankful I used my AMX otherwise I would of been stuck paying twice for the same cabinet.
