I have been a customer of Shelley Insurance Group in Boca Raton, for 30 years, insuring two homes with them.
A week ago, I received notification from the insurance carrier that Shelley had provided for my homeowners that my rate since last year had gone up 100%.
My lender for my mortgage was now billing me the difference as well as my monthly mortgage payment was increasing due to this huge increase with the homeowners insurance.
I called Shelley Insurance to seek assistance and guidance. Over a period of 5 days, I made 10 calls with promises for call backs from the manager. None was received. An email was also sent to Shelley Insurance with no reply.
My renewal with the 100% increase was now due in two days.
Very stressed, I reached out to Kapital Insurance referred to me by my brother-in-law.

In the past I have recommended Shelley Insurance to my friends and family. I have now provided for them the contact information for Kapital Insurance Company. This company and agent did more for me in less than 24 hours than Shelley Insurance ever did.
