Vita Vie Retreat

Short version: Having been here several times, I can confirm that these glowing reviews are 100% true. The only thing Ill add is that my massage was with Dana and she was *fabulous*. TLDR addition: After my rotator surgery two years ago, I couldnt be active in the way I used to be, then was afraid to, then lost the motivation. A few days at Vita Vie has me motivated to feel and get stronger for the first time since my surgery; for that, I am very grateful.

I had an amazing experience with Margot. I registered with the group rate, but two people couldnt make itso I received individual attention! We began by walking 5+ miles a day. She kept the walks interesting by changing location each time. Then workout, afternoon was yoga or floor Pilates !!! The accommodations were first class. Overall it was just what I needed! Thank you Margot. Thats me in the dress!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a retreat here, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with open arms and a positive energy that set the tone for the entire experience. I left feeling rejuvenated, motivated, and with a renewed sense of vitality. I have been a client at Vita Vie Retreat multiple times and I cannot say enough good things about it and the owner Margot Rutigliano. Each time I have gone, I have stayed for at least a minimum of 4 nights at the Seagate hotel, where the program is run. The hotel is fantastic with an awesome spa and offers the Vita Vie menu with really great healthy choices. The classes are all very different keeping things interesting and fun and I like how Margot is directly hands on. She consults with each client personally and helps to set goals to maximize the time you are there. The best thing about this retreat is the location and the workouts that are done right on the beach. I won't lie, these are tough workouts, but Margot will modify them to whatever level you happen to be at. I love how I feel when after a week of clean eating and hard daily workouts are over. It is a great kick start when you need to get back on track. You will love Margot and all of the instructors, the program, the food, the location and especially how you feel after you spend some time at Vita Vie. Definately 5 stars from me. I can't wait to go back!

I cant recommend Vita Vie enough. This retreat was just what I needed for a healthy reset. Im feeling more focused on my health and ready to tackle my challenges. Margot was amazing! I learned so much from her and felt like no question or topic was off the table.
