Dr. Jose L. Conde, MD

Dr Conde on two separate occasions almost killed my mother once when she was in the hospital he wrote her prescription wrong and that caused my mother to go into withdrawal because she is on a narcotic he prescribed and the second and more recent Dr Conde on his own without making anybody aware he took my mother off of this narcotic and he also without telling anyone took her off of an antidepressant which is very dangerous but the narcotic he had her is not supposed to be prescribed to anyone over 65 Dr Conde should be disbarred for his negligence

Dr. Conde is by far the best primary doctor I have ever had. He is caring, knowledgeable, and he actually takes the time to talk to the patient in order to get a better understanding of the patient's overall health concerns and state of mind. I have recommended him to many people.

I just moved from NJ after 60 years. Dr Conte was referred to me by my cardiologist. I feel very confident that he will take great care of me. His office staff was very professional and the nurse practitioner was great. Hes a great guy on top of it. Ask him about His college days playing football.
