Neena Ann Yoyakey, DO

Dr. Yoyakey and her staff are rude. I asked her to review bloodwork of mine, but she refused because she didnt send the scripts. Also she asks too many drilling questions that I tied answering, but very unnecessary. I had to wait for at least an hour while there once and I just walked out. No one checked in on me. The communication is muddled sometimes with staff and me and not clear. Id give this place 0 stars if I could.

DR. Y was fine in our Tele appointment. She and her office however had an appointment with me and did not notify me that her day in the office was cancelled, resulting in me flying into the city for no reason. This is terrible management and a complete waste of my time. I also had no way of contacting her or leaving a message, only an answering service that didn't take messages.

Dr Y is by far the kindest doctor Ive ever had and has a very calming and relaxed bedside manner. I. am able to speak openly with her about concerns. Her nurse is a delight to interact with at every single visit. Love her smile. How rare is that? Although Ive struggled on a few occasions in the past with the office staff, there has been improvement in coordination and communicating, as of late. When she is back on her office, Ill give 5 stars Im sure.

Hard to believe these negative reviews on such a great Dr. Not only has Dr Yoyakey managed to stabilize my high blood pressure issue, but she always takes time her with me. She understands my issues and works with me with kindness and never hurries me along. I've been seeing her for numerous years and have never had a bad experience, this includes her office staff and nurses who are always professional and kind. Thank you Dr Yoyakey! I would be hard pressed to find a better Dr!

Despite the numerous positive testimonials I have observed, my personal experiences have regrettably not mirrored this standard of excellence. On several occasions, I have encountered significant delays in my scheduled appointments, with the most recent instance resulting in a nearly one-hour wait (approximately 53 minutes) beyond my appointed time. Such delays are not only inconvenient but also indicative of a disregard for patient time and the scheduling commitments of the practice. Furthermore, the consultations with Dr. Yoyakey have felt rushed, and I perceived a notable lack of genuine interest in my health and wellbeing. My attempts to communicate concerns or symptoms were frequently interrupted, often culminating in a premature conclusion to our meetings. This approach not only undermines the therapeutic relationship but also detracts from the comprehensive care that is essential to patient health. These experiences have led me to question the consistency in the level of care provided by Dr. Yoyakey, particularly in light of the contrasting positive reviews. It raises concerns regarding potential biases in patient treatment and the overall patient care strategy employed within your practice. Given these circumstances, I feel compelled to seek medical care from another provider who may offer a more consistent and engaged approach to patient health.
