        I do not recommend at all. Took a pair a sandals that was a simple repair for a cobbler. 25 days later they werent done I spoke to them and basically got a run around. Picked them up the following week and moved on.

        Swift is my longtime go-to spot for laundry and tailoring needs. The employees are always friendly, the text notifications are helpful, and they have never lost or damaged my clothing. On top of that, the location cant be beat for downtown Delray residents.

      Hi Deborah. We want to apologize profusely - again - to you. As we explained to you in the store, we take full responsibility for the confusion on this ticket. Somehow your repair got tagged with the wrong indication in our system and it created an internal error. Those sandals absolutely should've been fixed quickly. While this rarely happens - we are a small, family owned and operated business, and we occasionally make mistakes. You seemed very understanding when you picked them up. We'd really love to contact you directly so management can see if there are any further ways we could overcome this issue.
