The only thing better than legal medical marijuana is legal recreational! Legalize it!! Great place, nice people, super selection and 50% off your first order. This doesn't suck.

I would put Trulieve as a company overall at a 4 out of 5 - I really enjoy their products and feel that their pricing is fair, but I have encountered repeated issues with communication from the company between the Delray and Deerfield locations that make it hard to give a full five stars. All of the people who work at the Delray location are kind and clearly care about doing their jobs, but I have encountered numerous issues over the past few weeks. I was called on two occasions because the pre-ground I ordered online wasn't actually in stock - i didn't mind having them replaced, but when orders are manually adjusted in-store, the SMS system that usually lets you know when an order has been completed doesn't work anymore, meaning I can't use the Waitly queue to time my pick-ups around my schedule. Today my order went through without an issue and I was able to join the Waitly queue. It told me at 5:01 the estimated wait was 25 minutes, but I ended up pulling up to the store with time to spare, because 57 minutes later, at 5:58, I received a text telling me I had been removed from the queue. I walked into the store to ask about it, already frustrated at the doubled wait time, and was told they would add me back and get me in as soon as possible. I waited a further 15 minutes before going into the dispensary proper to pay and retrieve my order. Once again, my issue isn't with the front-end staff here - I just think people need to be warned not to rely on the SMS texting system or the Waitly queue after experiencing three separate instances of pickup-related trouble, and I know that some people will lose out on their orders altogether if they don't have the kind of time I had to sit around and wait for 50 minutes longer than originally anticipated.

The staff at Trulieve Delray Beach are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Specifically Tony and Angela! A major evaluation and improvement of their computer system is needed immediately! And I think its unfair to charge $3 to use a debit or credit card!

Hello fellow patients and truelievers. I always start my reviews by saying I not affiliated in any way ,other than being a satisfied patient and customer. I went to Delray store,to pickup a couple of pre-rolls to hold off a few days for something special So,I went online picked 2 special products at a great price for the mix of the brands. I went to store ,wait,go in back an had a nice Bud tender named Casey and poor Casey doesnt know ,me though I frequent location alot and been in t his situation many times and they know I can express myself professionally though Verbal.I was told by Casey we have to substitute,I was ok figured, but I know and Respect Shanice The manager and know even if she isn't in, I always am in good hands ,and walked out happy and good medication till my next Visit today is May ,1st 2022 and thanks to Casey! Good recommendations!
