Went in to the branch to get some help with my account and had the misfortune to have Inessa Barakh help me. She is so rude and unprofessional. She had to call another department to get help and while she was placed on hold she puts handset on her desk and gets up to do other stuff around the bank so when they come back on the line she isnt there to reply do they end up handing up. When she comes back to her desk she has to call them back. Once she confirms the details she goes around yelling I need a teller. Then she goes around talking loudly and rudely about whats going on with my account as if I cant hear her. She is the rudest person Ive ever had to deal with and she shouldnt be allowed to deal with people.

Terrible customer service. Ever since they took over SunTrust things went south Terrible banking app also! I've had enough and by the 1st week of March my account will be closed...wish I could do it sooner but takes longer with Soc Security deposit when you change banks.

The slowest bank. My online banking isnt working so hard to come into the bank. Unfortunately this bank is slow and not very efficient. I dont understand why Pay Pal is so easy and truist banking is to difficult. ??? The only positive thing about Bank is they have a lot of parking. ~> If you like my review please press follow on my google profile.
