Precision Tune Auto Care

I went to precision because I was hearing a scraping noise when I turned. The staff was very nice and did a full inspection of my car. Guido Perez helped me and had me test drive the car with him afterwards to make sure the problem was solved. I will definitely be going to precision from here on out for all my car needs.

polite, professional and fast! my cars whole service took around 45 minutes total. they show you whats wrong with your car and give you a breakdown of what it will cost to fix. no shady business. im pleased!

This place has absolutely amazing customer service. While making my appointment I was helped by the kindest lady and it just made everything so easy and simple. Guido at the front desk was just as nice and helped me take care of all my car needs and explained in detail anything else I needed. Very clear and open about everything and made me feel comfortable and heard. Im usually super confused or overwhelmed at auto shops so this was a nice change of scenery and a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend for your next services and they were even nice enough to give me a discount! It was a sight wait but the waiting room is very accommodating and staff was super friendly so time flied by.
