Easter Sunday Save! I found out at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night we had no water. My husband called Tuck's on Sunday morning. Josh was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He fixed our well in no time! I was so happy I did not have to call my call my whole family and change our plans!

Had a pipe burst under my well and even though it was after hours, Tucks sent out someone right away and had it fixed within no time! Highly recommend!!

We had a problem with our well and called Tucks well drilling. They were out and finished with the problem within one hour on a Friday afternoon. This was a big deal because not only do we have a family that needs water but we have farm animals as well. We were pretty stressed about the situation. We are so grateful for the customer service And the prompt service. Thank you so much.

I will recommend Tuck's to everyone. They responded to our crisis after 5:00 pm within the hour. Had to come back early the next morning to replace our pump. Great service , very professional , knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to Team Tuck's !

My well pump kept turning off, so I turned it off at the breaker. Called for help as I was desperate as I need water to do dialysis at home. Called Tucks, service call was 140$. Breaker was turned back on but now no power was coming to the well. In two minutes the tech checked the the power and determined there was no power. No repair was done, no services rendered other than using a volt meter. Apparently some companies put a temporary line to solve any possible well pump issues. No temp line was attempted. I had to pay 140$ to be told that there was no power. I understand it's a business and time is money but so are services rendered in this case not rendered. Even paying half price would have been understandable. A return was offered within a small time frame, however given that I paid full price I was unable to get the help I needed to fix other issues like a temp line. I managed to swap out the breakers to see if it'll help, that was not the issue . I felt taken advantage of. If you are in a desperate situation try and work with a company that doesn't take your money for nothing. I gave everything I got because I cannot work, been on dialysis for over 27 years. It might not be much to some but it was everything I had. Issue still not resolved , no water for dialysis and my family. Tech seemed sincere but it doesn't fix the fact that perhaps when services cannot be rendered then a half price should be charged. I regret reaching out to them. I will never recommend. Wish I can turn back time.
