From the moment I contacted Shadow Cat Services, I was treated like I really mattered. I liked David's back story and how he and his wife are a family business team. My texts were answered quickly and accurately. David was on time and listened intently to my wishes. He has great finesse with his equipment. His demeanor was friendly and professional and not harsh and gruff like some in the business can be with customers. David goes above and beyond in my opinion. My name is Ken Dietzel and I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism and quality of the work performed. I was in need of having some bush hog work done on my property and then reached out to SadowCat. When I first spoke with Sherry on the phone I was so appreciative of how courteous and informative she was. Sherry's skill set on the phone is much desired in today's customer service industry and I knew then ShadowCat had a quality standard of doing business. Sherry's husband David came out to my property and gave me an estimate explaining in detail what service he was going to provide. David took his time and I felt like he viewed my property as his own allowing me to be very confident moving forward. David not only gave me an estimate as the owner, but David performs the work himself doing an incredible job! Shadow Cat’s owner is the kind of person I wish I had as a neighbor. He and his wife are very professional but gracious and pleasant to speak with. The service they provided us was more than expected. He worked through the day and accomplished all he said he would and more. We hope to break ground in a couple of months and now after his amazing transformation of our 2.5 acres we can truly envision our new home sitting exactly where we want it. He said 8:30 am and it was exactly 8:30 when his truck turned the corner. He said his price was “X” and kept to that price even though it took a bit longer than he has scheduled.
