        not only unknowledgeable but extremely unprofessional and rude. They are just working to get to the next customer. They didn't know what they were doing, kept making mistakes and needing help and when I asked them if I was missing a form since I was a student she ignored me (I was missing a form, she just didnt know what she was doing). One woman wearing waay to much makeup clapped directly in my 5 year olds face several times demanding he get off the floor instead of just asking him nicely, he wasn't even in the way, he was sitting by me with his toys.. do yourself a favor save your money, time and get a better return by using TurboTax. This place was a joke.. negative stars
