To say that selling my familys home was a challenge would be a gross understatement. However, Realtor Katie Durburrow came in prepped and ready to get s&!t done. Despite running into a wide variety of obstacles, from family members changing minds to having to slog through probate at the last-minute, Katie was a sweet baby angel me who took me under her wing and kept things going when I was sure we would just have to give up. I called on a whim cause I saw a house on Zillow that I was interested in. Even though the home was already under contract, Chad asked all the right questions to know exactly what I was looking for. The very first home I saw, I fell in love. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
