Sorry for being delayed in putting a great review about my realtor agent by the name of Delta Schrade. If it werent for her, I wouldn't be where I am. She is truly a savior. She helped me sell my home and then she found me a condo that is to die for and its so perfect for me and my two cats. Delta, I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me. You have gone way out there and beyond to help me with every little step away from getting the condo and selling my home. I tell people every day how grateful and appreciative I am of your help with everything; youve done more for me than anyone else has; you truly are my savior. I also tell people if they ever need a realtor to please look you up because you are the best. Thank you to you your team and ever

My wife and I had a most satisfying experience with our realtor Delta Schrade.
She was available always, showing us many homes within our price range and preferences.
Always professional and patient never pushing us to a decision. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the transaction and spent time with us post closing to help us navigate the local ordinances.

Delta recently helped us sell our home, and we are still blown away by the incredible service that she provided us!
We were already impressed with her record as a top 15% seller and top 10 Realtor for Volusia county but I can tell you firsthand that her strongest qualities really came to light when we were faced with a very multifaceted problem in which no one could have anticipated, just before our closing date! It was Deltas tenacity and willingness to follow through, that saved our deal!
The issues themselves are a bit too complex to detail in a review but in a nutshell, the title company needed a few things rectified before our closing date. The issues themselves werent nearly as bad as all of the red tape involved, but the biggest problem lied with a few apathetic individuals that kept us in limbo with conflicting responses or lack of responses.
Delta remained so positive and encouraging to us, all while maintaining very effective communication with all of the parties involved.
She stayed engaged with the city and county officials, contractors, inspectors and the title company, even driving to meet them at our home, when were not able to. This was so essential for us because we had already moved.
She made us feel protected and taken care of throughout the entire process! She really is stellar in every way a realtor should be! We highly recommend Delta Schrade!
