Buyer Beware!! I wouldn't use this plumber if they were the last one in the world. HORRIBLE would be an understatement. I hired them for a custom house, new construction job in Orange City. They were in WAY over their heads. They failed their first underground inspection and instead of coming out and humbly fixing it, the old man owner peels out driving up in his jeep and proceeds to throw the contract on the ground in front of me and tells me to fix it myself. Despite how ludicrous this was, I stuck with them and we get to rough stage and they dreamed up a huge change order for things they thought weren't on the original proposal. Trying to make peace, I agreed with it, they wanted payment up front, I complied, dropped the check off and then they still proceeded to never finish their rough. I gave them two months of time and they took my money, refused to schedule the work, would send one guy out here or there to do hardly anything, told me to call it in for inspection and proceeded to fail rough inspection. Needless to say I had to fire them and hire another plumber. If you are thinking of using them for construction - stay away. There are so many better company's out there. Latows, 4 Towns or Protech to name a few.
