CORA Physical Therapy Deland

A few days(?) late and my apologies for that. I have needed the services at CORA twice. First time a job related back injury and the second time due to an illness that caused muscle loss. I had the pleasure of several great people to assist me back to full strength. Always grateful to Summer, Yoshira, Kyley(?sp), Jamie and Adam. I know there were others and again, my apologies for not remembering them all. They were each patient, compassionate and caring. Lord willing, I won't have to need their services again, but if so, will take comfort in going to them. My last visit was in 2022.

Dont go here if you are on Medicare!!! I gave my insurance information when I made my first appointment. I know my insurance only paid for limited number of visits. When that number was getting close, I started asking if insurance was ok and always told no problem. So I think great, all is ok with insurance. At exactly one year ( after Medicare will no longer pay) I receive a bill for large unpaid balance. Needless to say I was shocked!! I contacted them, sent to billing and was told I needed to pay because it was too late to file Medicare. They had my Medicare information why wasnt if filed? Of course Im given several excuses as to why Medicare was never filed!! But in the end I was told the problem was mine and just needed to pay. How about people who are getting paid to do a job, just do their jobs!!! So now I stuck paying nearly $3000 when I shouldnt have to pay anything!! Doesnt seem right!

I have had an incredible experience at CORA. The therapist are the absolute best. I have worked extensively with Dawn. She consistently knows where I was and where I need to go with my recovery. I have total confidence in her and the other therapist as well. Great job!!!

I've been coming here for a few months. All the therapists here are great: friendly, knowledgeable, and they make it kind of fun. I really appreciate their care. The front desk staff is cool too. Highly recommended.
