I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I came in for bloodwork with Blue Cross Blue Shield, No copay information was provided for me and no pricing was discussed after my insurance was updated. Waited for an hour to find out my number was skipped (after I walked up and asked). After that I was forgotten once more as the Lab Tech in the back was never notified I was there. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I get my blood drawn. A few days later I get an $1100.00 bill for bloodwork that my insurance only covered 500 of. $600 for bloodwork that should have been $60!!! This is supposed to be a Christian Company yet I was robbed $600 out of my wallet in an underhanded scheme. The right thing to do would have been to let me know my insurance wasn't going to cover that amount. Instead I was preyed upon as i'm sure others have as well. Shameful!

Relatively short wait for my appt and pleasant experience. Everyone was cordial and helpful. Both times I've had appointments, there have been no issues.

Ok so I was told I had a 7am appointment. I get there and after about half an hour I ask how much longer and receptionist says I had a 7:30 am they tell people 7am to do paper work. Hmmmm I did mine online. They call me back done with mammogram 7:45 am told to wait while Dr reads to see if I need sonogram however was told Dr doesnt come in u til 8:00am so much for an early appointment. Recommend appointments after 8am when Dr here..running behind for next appointment now.

No stars if I can help it. I am an expecting father and I came to attend my wife's ultrasound. I was halted at the door by Maria in registration/screener due to COVID restrictions because I was only the visitor.. No, no no...not having it. After she rolled her eyes at me and went to check with someone else about at least getting me in to the lobby I went in and there and I see a lobby of people not distanced (meaning they were together in support). Very inappropriate to how I was treated in presentation to this place and me and my my misses will be looking for an alternative next Rx. ultrasound. Why was I looked down on in the first place? My wife too? We are one. Shameful; people have to get some sort of grip on this dwindling pandemic-can't be rude in society.
