        DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They messed up my contact lens order and I had to pay for their mistake and pay to have them rush shipped. I had to go to the office to pick up my glasses prescription even though I have gotten them emailed and faxed in the past. I will NEVER go there again and you shouldn't either

        Dr. Jacqueline Escobar was very attentive and detailed while she was doing our exams. She went above and beyond with my son and did his testing for color vision a couple of times and was super sweet and patient with him! This was our first time here and will be returning back to her.

        First time I have ever dealt with this business. But as a retired nurse I can't recommend them enough. So welcoming and professional. If you are looking for a wonderful optical please check them out. You won't be sorry.

        If I could I would put a 0 star. Ive been going to this place for years, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I originally came into the office to order the contacts that I was guaranteed by the previous representative that id be able to come and place. I was disrespected by the sales representative named John. He rose his voice at me from across the room. There was an older couple in between us that felt uncomfortable with the way he was speaking to me. They even apologized on his behalf. He disclosed personal information and humiliated me in front of everyone. After I left, he even had the audacity to call me and tell me that he spent 15 min trying to help me. The lady at the front reception was understanding and I had no issues with her. IN MY LIFE HAVE I EVER BEEN SO HUMILIATED, DISRESPECTED AND BELITTLED.
