Never was seen at this place. And the whole process of me actually getting an appointment and able to walk in was a waste of time. Very unorganized! They should be closed until their system is up back and running.

Recently it has been very difficult to get through to the office. I recently tried to reschedule an appointment and I was put on hold 3 times, they never picked up that call I had call again and again. Then when I tried to schedule the appointment I was informed I would need to bring insurance information with me. I don't have id cards they have had it in their system for years the whole experience has been a nightmare.

Impossible to get an appointment... I've been calling this place because it's one of the few dentist in network near me.... And it's has taken MONTHS to get an appointment because: Their system was down, their phones were down, etc etc. I'm now just setting up an appointment in another city because trying to get them to schedule anything besides a routine cleaning is a nightmare.

Lack of communication, constantly rescheduling my appointments, I got there and they failed to tell me over the phone there was a new dentist who potentially does not take my insurance - They have double booked my appointment times on multiple occasions. Just stay away and pick a more reliable dentist !
