        AAA tells them I have issues with my front end, that I'm afraid a tire is gonna come off. What do these geniuses do they send out a truck that picks it up from the backend. Then he tells me I couldn't tow it anyways because it's a work truck. This company is worthless don't have AAA call them because they will leave you stranded and laugh at you

        Had a reservation for them to retrieve a U-Haul. They were supposed to send me a notification on how to do it prior to coming. They never did. I called them the day prior, one woman responds like she just woke up gives the phone to someone that clearly has the job because shes a relative; she was dismissive and did not call back in an hour when she said that she would. I drove there today to see the vehicle, but nobody there. In summary, do not go there for a U-Haul. Go to M&M or Crestview. Service: Local hauling
