I had a time set for 7 am I get a text at 718 from Raul saying he is running late i be. up on tiime to meet Raul and he can not be on time. From what I read it's not their first time doing this I will never call them again good job you just lost business.

I had a dying tree removed from my front yard that was hanging over power lines along with the stump grinded down. I also had them trim all the trees in my backyard and remove a lot of dead wood from a tree I cut down myself awhile back. We made an appointment so that I could leave work and be present while they cut around the power lines, just in case. It wasnt until an hour and a half past the scheduled appointment time that I was called and informed that they were running behind. Other than the miscommunication from them, the service they provided surpassed every one of my expectations. They also offer military discount.

Finally, We have found someone that we can TRUST with our landscaping It has been quite the chore finding a reliable landscape provider to take care of our home. This company is extremely organized, knowledgeable on how to care for the different trees, shrubs and flowers we have located throughout our beds and they care for them accordingly. We had dead plants when they arrived to perform their spring cleaning and I must say, they went up and beyond to ensure everything was tidy. They even organized our water hose and plant pots. The hose was cooked neatly and set in place to where it belonged along with stacking the plant potters to the side in an organized fashion. Once they were finished with the initial cleanup, I couldnt recognize my yard in all of the right ways! I genuinely was in heaven! I did notice there was a shrub cut down that I loved, which they explained they had to cut down due to it looking dead. When you cut it down, it will give it a chance to regrow. When he noticed that it did not regrow, he showed me the dead roots. This happens, especially with a lawn that does not have irrigation. I was disappointed to see my shrub go but thankful that he was knowledgeable on how to save it, if it was possible, he would have. I waited a couple of months to receive their services prior to leaving this review, as I wanted to see how consistent they would be when it comes to the routine / bi weekly services we have hired them to do. They show up on time, do a beautiful job each time and when we come home, you can see what they have done with each service! Its such a relief to know we found our forever landscape team. Its also a relief to know They Do Everything, so when we are ready to move forward with a landscape redesign, we will go through them. We will also go through them to install irrigation and new sod. Please do not let the poor reviews prevent you from taking a chance on them. They are wonderful in every way and I HIGHLY Recommend!
