Great Florida Smiles & Orthodontics

I called this location at 12:30 on a Tuesday because my son was having a dental emergency that required the assistance of an orthodontist and the office I had just walked out of (that was over an hours drive from home) said sorry we cant touch that. Needless to say I was panicking. When I called and explained what was happening Sherrie said we can absolutely help you and we have an opening in 30 minutes if youd like to come now. They were AMAZING! Not only were they understanding and compassionate, but they did sooooo much to help my boy. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Sherrie, Dr. Mike, Jen, and Angel all deserve so much recognition for the amazing work they do! We dont have a lot of options in Defuniak as it is a small town, but man we hit the Jackpot here! If you need a dentist or orthodontist and you live in the area, theyre definitely worth the call.

Love this place. Jennifer is absolutely awesome. She is so nice and funny and does such a good job I always look forward to getting my cleanings! Great Florida Smiles is like Chilies on 9 Mile, it doesnt get much better. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Dentist is awesome, not sure about the receptionist she has an attitude.

Longest waits ever, even if you are early! Everything I come it's like a 40 min wait and even when you're up for your scheduled time the call other ppl who come in after. Everything! Entire Office including the rooms are very cramped and freezing.

Dr Courtney has done work on my 4 year old granddaughter and the experience was so pleasant she when can she go back to see her again !!!
