    Unfortunately, we ended up having a disappointing experience renting from this company. At first everything was fantastic...they were very helpful with my questions before booking, the employees who delivered and picked up the unit were great, and the bouncy house itself was lots of fun for our party! However, our issue arose after they had picked it up. They contacted me saying that they had inspected the unit and found some damage, and would be keeping half of the damage deposit that we paid upon booking. Naturally I asked for more information about the damage, as I could not think of anything that might have happened to the bouncy house during our time renting it. They sent some photos of the interior of the unit, supposedly taken while it was being cleaned after they had picked it up from our house, claiming "scratches, gouges, and punctures all over the place". I was very confused by this, of course, and sent them some photos that I had taken after they set it up, before we had used it, that showed that there were already areas showing these types of marks. Their response was that something must have happened between the time they set it up and the time I took the photos, before the unit was ever used. They could provide me with 0 evidence that those areas were not there upon setup. No photo documentation on their part, nothing that could show that we caused said damage. After speaking back and forth with an employee via text, they still maintained that they would only return 50% of our deposit. This is all based on completely unsubstantiated claims. If they could have shown me any evidence that damage occurred during our use of the bouncy house, then of course I would agree that they are entitled to keep the deposit. However, even with my photos showing that the marks they are claiming as damage were already present before our use, they still refused to return our entire deposit. If you rent from them, I hope you have a wonderful experience. We did at first, but this really ruined it for us. Please make sure to take photos and thorough documentation of every square inch of your rental the second they set it up and the second before they take it down, so you can be sure not to end up in this situation. Even so, I guess they can still claim damage and keep your money.

The inflatable arrived new from the manufacturer, our manager was the smallest member on staff the day it arrived when we inflated it to remove the packaging material. She assures it was in pristine condition during the initial inflation and so do the photos we took, it was then deflated stored in the original packaging in a temperate controlled environment, and brought to your home. When we picked it up it was irreparably damaged, whether it be a dog, collection of toy trucks, or soccer cleats… the inflatable was damaged during its very first rental. We’ve taken your reservation as a learning opportunity and have since changed policy to avoid this issue going forward. Thank you for the lesson learned, hopefully this is an issue we will never encounter again. For the sake of our customers and our inventory, we have put measure in place for everyone’s protection and security.
