Deerfield Florist / Mloo Flower

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. Called around 4pm. Asked to wait a minute, held for 20+ minutes. Hung up & called back. Asked to wait a minute, held for 20+ minutes. Hung up & called a 3rd time, they tried to put me on hold then admitted that the manager told the person picking up to just put everyone on hold (I presume until the person gave up). Told they don't promise a delivery be any special time, but they would make it...eventually. Flowers never made it. I had to call them again today, where I was told driver tried to deliver at 2:30 but no one was there (during a school's dismissal time!). IE, either the driver or manager lied. Or Both. Promised a refund.

Absolutely love my flowers I got from here , so beautiful and stunning the people I gifted these flowers to loved them and couldnt stop talking about them . Definitely will come back if I ever need flowers again thank you so much ladies for helping me choose some flowers
