        Ordered a filter for Manitowoc and received 3M product as a replacement. Tried twice to communicate with Superior Water that 3M filter did not fit into Manitowoc system, but each time the reply was to force the filter head into the attachment. After our third attempt, they did not respond. Very disappointed.

        Do not buy from this company. I placed an online order with the company. They did not deliver the order, send any communication for status, or provide any notice of a cancellation. They just took the payment and did not answer calls. I had to file a complaint against this company through my credit card company and was able to get reimbursed on my credit. I noticed the owner responds by saying it was not his company..... this was direct to his company. They failed. (1-star is too high of a rating for them)
