Before you make a reservation, please familiarize yourself with our key details and frequently asked questions: The South Florida Spacious Oasis is a private, single-family vacation home featuring: - 4 Bedrooms that comfortably accommodate 8 guests (maximum of 10 if two persons sleep on the sizable living room couch). - 2 Full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a large Jacuzzi, the other equipped with a shower. - A well-appointed kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances, cookware, and dishes. - Dining room with seating for 12, and additional bar counter seating for 2. - A spacious, open-plan living room with a TV. - An outdoor tiki hut equipped with a fire pit table and a bar. - A Belvadare Outdoor Dining for up to 10 people. - A propane BBQ grill. - Belvadare Poolside chaise lounges. - A heated saltwater pool (serviced twice per week). - A gazebo fitted with a ping pong table and two hammocks. - An outdoor shower. - A laundry room. - Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and cable. - An assortment of games, books, and other leisure activities such as an outdoor ping pong table and a cornhole set. - Baby items available on request, including a pack and play and a booster chair. - Fresh towels, linens, and essential starter items provided. Q: What temperature is the pool heated to? A: Our pool is heated to a comfortable 81-84F. However, we do not heat the pool beyond 88F. Q: Can the pool's temperature be increased? A: We can adjust the pool's temperature above 84F, but not exceeding 88F. Q: What is the layout of the beds? A: Our home comprises four bedrooms: a spacious master suite with a king bed, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed that has a full bed at the bottom and a single bed on top. Q: Is the house child-friendly? A: Yes, we are extremely child-friendly and have hosted hundreds of children! Q: Which airport(s) are the closest? A: The house is conveniently located equidistant from both Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach International Airports. Fort Lauderdale Airport is approximately 25 miles away, while Palm Beach International Airport is approximately 32 miles away. Q: I have 10 people in my group, can an exception be made?
