        I just want to share what a wonderful job I had done by this company on my existing kitchen floor. The grout was black, the tile looked horrible to point I was going to have Jack hammered up to a tune of 3000.00 for 120 square ft. This company brought 2 of their men out and my kitchen floor looks brand new!! They cleaned it, and stained it with I Think acrylic. Im in total awe of it. Everyone says, Wow, your floor looks amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this company to do all your work. Thank you again. Service: Grout staining

        We just had these guys come out recently to perform a tile injection due to hollow tiles. Several homes in our community have had similar issues with hollow tiles and we finally had the misfortune of dealing with this issue ourselves. It seems the folks DR Horton used to subcontract the flooring installation did not do the best work resulting in many home shaving hollow tiles. Thankfully they did cover the tile injection as a warranty claim and sent out Universal Tile to take care of our issue. The guy came out and did a great job of injection the tile to get rid of our hollow tiles and fill in the voids. He was a very pleasant and friendly guy and took care of us with minimal interference to our day. It is nice to not have the hollow tiles now. Now to see how this holds up over several years.
