Too quality, top service, and very good at designing to your requests. Smart, responsive and proactive and very professional and polite. Gabriel helped me resurface and redesign the existing pool features (steps, tile, water feature) and paid attention to budget, quality and his workers kept the yard clean, neat all the whole. His workers were professional and polite. Gabriel kept me informed every step of the way on timing and steps of the reconstruction. He even came to check after the work was completed. He even managed to get my special order tile and grout in great timing (he drove to go pick it up himself). I had interviewed so many pool companies and all came and told me what I needed instead of working with me. This company was referred to me by my pool service and is absolutely 5 star in service. So hard to find this top quality in all aspects. You cant go wrong with Gabriel and his team. Perhaps you are wondering why its hard to find reviews on this contractor (so was I, particularly since I couldnt find a section on their website). Dont worry; it seems they work mostly on word of mouth referrals. After receiving a referral and then a review/quote on the prospective job (I got several quotes), I decided to hire Master Brick and Tile for extensive work: paver repair and re-sealing, pool re-surfacing plus new tile, the addition of a pool fountain, conversion to a salt water system, and a new two-tone travertine deck. The work completed was outstanding, and at a fair price. I am a very detail-oriented customer and monitored the jobs closely. Both the owner/principal, Abilio, and his son, Gabriel, were very courteous, easy to work with and receptive to all of my questions and requests. Their suggestions along the way were very helpful. The pool work was beautiful and the new deck added a whole different ambience to our back yard. I highly recommend these guys: they are experts at what they do and are very customer oriented.
