Service supervisor Dawn is excellent and always tries to accommodates my schedule and that of her many wonderful technicians in the field. The techs are always on time and get right down to business. Bravo!

Whatever the problem, they figure it out they have great technicians. Office personnel, very professional, courteous, and quick to respond. Wouldnt use anybody else.

Ive been property managing for over 17 years and for many of those years I have used Spectrum, which is now Bravas. They have a great group of staff from the people in the office, to the installation crew, programmers, and service guys. Everybody is super knowledgeable. They are always very professional, clean, and organized. When it comes to home automation, they are always up on the latest technology. I highly recommend them. Top notch, keep it up Bravas!
