        Didnt notify me when they abruptly stopped delivering to my address. Had to frantically have scripts transferred and missed my meds because of it. Not reliable.

        So far I have had a terrible experience with capsule. They never get my refill orders in a timely fashion. Something is always missing abd it takes days. On Tuesday my doctors office called in refills for me plus a new Rx. I was there when they called them in. They also called in the sensors for the Freestyle Libre. Lucky I called because they were going to send me diabetic test strips. The sensors arrived on Friday, but the three drugs did not. This typical. Im going to change services.
